[SOLVED] "Cookies must be enabled" problem?

In my case, enabling cookies in the client is not possible. I'm trying to get Google Adsense to crawl pages available to registered users, and I get this error.

I see that Joomla has an option to handle sessions with the database; I'm sure it can be done in CB as well. It would be nice to take this configuration option from the Joomla option.

Session storage and browser Cookies are two different items.

Login state (needed for your crawl obviously) is managed by Joomla, not by CB.

Search extensions.joomla.org , i'm pretty sure there is a plugin with a special url for that purpose.

Please post back your findings here for the community and you to find next time. :)

The site was originally online when the issue started. Now having it offline, switching it back doesn't do anything.

We don't know the direct cause of this issue and thus there is no fix, something in your installation or hosting environment is preventing the security checking from functioning properly. You can disable low level security with the following edit to see if it resolves your issue. Please note you are disabling some of CBs security when doing this.

IN: administrator/components/com_comprofiler/plugin.foundation.php
ON: Line 19
FROM:
[code:1]
define( '_CB_SPOOFCHECKS', 1 );
[/code:1]
TO:
[code:1]
define( '_CB_SPOOFCHECKS', 0 );
[/code:1]
