Could not duplicate your issue. Appears to possible be a conflict from elsewhere. Please ensure you do not have duplicate forum fields within Field Management. I'm using such release on my very own live personal site without issue as well.

I am getting this issue as well. Version 1.2.3. Joomla 1.5.20.

It only seems to affect when someone is an administrator of the Kunena forum.

Please check that you do not have duplicate forum fields in Field Management as instructed in my previous post and ensure you're using CB 1.2.3 (re-install if necessary). What version of Kunena are you using?
