14 years 8 months ago #107942 by clawi
I tried to imports users to a subscription plan
with parameters :

Import Source
-Import users from: All users from a given CMS ACL group
-User Group: Registered
Import Destination
-Destination Subscription plan: Member A
-Current state: Active

And get following error :

"Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 50331648 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 82 bytes) in /home4/onetwov8/public_html/alifdemo/administrator/components/com_comprofiler/library/cb/cb.database.php on line 1096"

Total 7960 users to import.

Any solution ?

Thanks.

Claude

You're trying to run a script that's going to exhaust more memory then you have due to so many users (7960!).

You'll need to increase your PHP memory limit in your PHP.ini. If you contact your host they should be able to help you increase this limit.

Indeed, I had to increase the memory limit in the php.ini witch I found in directory "administrator".

In order to import my 7960 users, I had to fix the limit at 800MB !!

Good to know.

Thanks for the very quick answers.
