cb subs error

cb subs error was created by gavner
Hi,

my registration form for my site was ok, until i installed cb subs, now i get the same old cookies session browser error when you try to submit the form. Can someone please help me with this as i paid for cb subs and need it on my live site in working order asap.

Not enough info. Review Help Us Help You in my signature. Where is this error at, a specific field, plugin causing this, etc...

im using cb 1.2, cb subs 1.0.2

The error occurs when using the registration form when info has been filled out. I used to have this issue before cb subs and solved it from forum posts.

the error is

'session expired or cookies are not enabled'

when you submit the form

i installed all cb subs plugins, so im not sure whats causing it.

thing is im not a developer at all so i do need some help finding the issue.

Your CB and CBSubs installation is out of date. Update CB to 1.2.1 and CBSubs to 1.0.3. Also check that your Joomla release is 1.5.14.

I understand the error, but you've given no error logs no java console errors, no details of your installation, etc... Again, please review Help Us Help You in my signature.
