This is not a feature request, but rather an idea. For the next release of CB, the user list could be made a separate Joomla component.

This would bring several benefits
-People that install cb would no longer wonder how to link to lists
-Joomla ACL structure could be leveraged better
-There are currently at least two alternative userlist components. It is likely that there is a need for various types of userlists.
-More modularity in the code increases external contributions.

Any ideas?
