Error warning from hosting company was created by lascolat
Today I received several of these messages from my hosting service. I can not find an error as the license says it is active. I have set up a subdomain for a test site and had my whole site copied to it (CBSubs says it allows a test site) just two days ago. Could that cause an issue?

On site ******* there is a paid subscriptions license message:

License server could not be reached. Please check that you have Internet connection (connectivity, firewall settings) or try again in half hour. Error:

Please log into administrator area and check the plugin settings.

Did you configure CBSubs properly and add your license to CBSubs Configuration? Is there a firewall in place or something blocking CBSubs access to the internet (usually port 80)? Check server access logs and error logs to see if any additional information is provided as to what's stopping CBSubs.
