Please first upgrade to 1.5.16 as you're multiple versions behind and this could be the culprit. Was not able to duplicate your issue however. You may want to review the connection email language string found at the following location to ensure it is correct.J1.5.9

I posted in the UddeIM forum by mistake as he states this is not a UddeIM issue. Sorry about that one. However, I am still baffled by this and I can't find a post that actually has an answer. I am having this problem as well and the file you suggest looking at does not appear to have any issues to me. Any help would be appreciated. I can't track this one down and it makes a site look very poor.

Display of n or rn in place of linebreaks is a known issue with CB, we're working to address this with next release.Also, in your response to my post in 1.2.3 forum you state this is a known issue that will be addressed in the next release. Is that still the case or is there something I can do now?
