[SOLVED] retrieving username via cb_login module

[SOLVED] retrieving username via cb_login module was created by breezeboogie
please chk the attach image and tell where I'm going wrong. Clicking the 'forgot login' and then 'send username/password' does not send username or provide the option of retrieving username. It only sends password. How do I do add retrieve username for those who may not remember their usernames? I'm using the latest version of CB out-of-the-box.

Any advice would be appreciated. Thx.

The following is the necessary steps for requesting your username.

Forgot login? > Lost Username > Input Email > Send Username/Password

Seams lost username isn't displaying at all when viewing the forgot login page or you're continuing to click send password instead of send username. I can't comment further without seeing the page in question with the issue. Please if possible provide a link to your forgot login page.

thanks for your help. the cb login module is published to the top right of the homepage at www.nobcche.org.

the module settings can be seen in the attached screenshot.

Seams your CB installation has been modified. The forgot login page is not displaying or functioning as intended. Please re-install CB 1.2.3 to ensure there has been no core modifications. Your forgot login page should look like this out of the box.
