Greetings,

When a new registration applicant clicks on the "Register" button, the page where they are taken for entering their registration data has a URL something like this:

xyz.com/component/comprofiler/registers.html

Is there any way to strip away the literal "/component/comprofiler/" so that the URL is

xyz.com/register.html or xyz.com/apply.html?

I am using CB 1.2.3 on Joomla 1.5.20.

Looking forward to guidance from CB experts.

there is a simple way to get it working as you expected
simply if your cb mandatory menu alias is for example "profile" you can make a simple new external link menu and point to: yourdomain.ext/profile/registers.html

also you can use an invisible menu that point to standard cb registration page and than make a visible menu pointing to the invisible menu so you can use your custom url...
