Akeeba has some known issues with re-writing tables in CB. Not sure if this is fixed in your release, but please check the database _comprofiler_fields and ensure no row has jos_comprofiler or jos_users or any other jos_ instance in the Table column; these should be #__ instead of jos_.Akeeba3.1.5 for backups

I believe you mis-understood me. Tables will have jos_, but inside of jos_comprofiler_fields there is a Column called Table. In that column all Rows should have #__ usage such as #__comprofiler and NOT jos_comprofiler; if that's the case you'll need to edit them and fix them to #__ usage. Do not edit your actual database tables from jos_, you'll break your install.Ugh, quickly going into phpMyAdmin on live site and every table is written as jos_xxx.
