Difficulties with plugin: CBEvent List Show Events

Difficulties with plugin: CBEvent List Show Events was created by jdgreauw
I'm new to joomla and creating a website including profiles.
Now I wanted to create a tab in the profile where the users can see in their profile which event they will be attending.
I use EventList and the plugin CBEvent List Show Events.
Now is my problem that events, that have no venue won't be displayed in the profile of the users.
This problem is signaled in a comment on extensions.joomla.org/extensions/extension-specific/community-builder-extensions/community-builder-communication/6403
They say the solution is on a website, but can't be found on the particular website.
I hope someone can help me.

Neither of those plugins are developed by us. Please contact the developers of your plugins for assistance.
