Hi,
I have a field telephone in my joomla database,
jos_users
and I would like to show that in the cb profile page
however when I try to add telephone as new field it says it is cb_telephone
how can I show the field in the profile for that user?

Thanks have decided against it.
It was a field I imported from another non joomla database,
O.k. really what it is for is so as administrator I can add telephone number to a users profile.
when I edit the field on the users profile and update... it does not currently update and i am getting errors

You made core edits to the database, we can't help you. Please restore the database back to its defaults. You should not be making database edits unless you absolutely know what you're doing. You also must be aware of how CB fields work to ensure it cooperates with that database. Your query is to _comprofiler where Telephone does not exist as you stated you created it in _users.
