I don't see specific information in the documentation about upgrading to CB 1.3 from CB 1.2.3 on Joomla 1.0.15.
It looks like I can just copy over the files from the cb_expert_files_only_m_4_j_1.0.tar.gz archive, run the Tools database checks, and then save the Configuration.
Is that it?

Yes, J1.0.x requires expert file usage. You can find upgrade information within the README file included in the package or in the installation documentation found here (steps still apply to 1.3).Is that it?

I us 1.2.3 I have a lot of something in the code, could not you tell me exactly what files were changed for the update, maybe I'll update on the parts of them.

No, core edits are not supported. Any core edits you made will be overridden by the upgrade; this is why we don't recommend making core edits.
