It seems that profiles uploading their pics as profil pics. The system not making tn pics (thumb photos) ?

I could see as you corectly pointed out andi found. That i have set diffrent avatar size vaules in the Field Management.
I have now removed all that . And just has the avatar size set in the configuration. Maybe that the problem.

Not sure, please also check what image library you're using in CB configuration. I recommend setting this to the default GD library for testing purposes to ensure processing is working fine. All my tests were performed with the GD library.
