You will notice that you have a Doc-Subs tab in your user profile. This contains download links for all available CB Documentation subscription items.

The very first thing you should do is to download the detailed documentation and read it! It will really save you time and help you maximize the usage and benefit of your CB installation.

You should also read all our FAQ articles (see signature below).

The issue you have encountered is very common for new CB users - you are trying to install a CB plugin using the Joomla installer instead of the CB Plugin installer.
