CB log in problems

CB log in problems was created by rhondab
Hello, when the "forgot password" link is clicked, a new password arrives (as it should), however, there is no link to profile to change that password to something the user can remember. There is no link to the user's profile at all. I really need some help with this!
The site is www.championshoa.org. I can provide a user log in if someone can help. Thanks!

Try the Update menu item and see the contact info tab for password change.

There is no Update menu item. There is no place at all for me to change or update contact information. No profile at all. Just a blank page.

Redirect to the "done" page is expected. Your Joomla template is missing the important "message" tag (see default template for how to apply it), which would give you a message with that page. The email does not include a link to their profile, it should contain a link to your sites homepage however at the bottom of the email.
