I have not been able to configure the way the users list work I'v done everything the manual says and still not there yet!. Everything else in my site is ready but can not launch it because of this issue.can someone please help me
when I search this is the error message I get.
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in <span>/</span>home<span>/</span>bciol/public_html/ibidnet.com/administrator/components/com_comprofiler/library/cb/cb.lists.php on line 319
There is an error in the database query. Site admin can turn site debug to on to view and fix the query.

Does disabling CBSubs within CB > Plugin Management resolve the issue?

Reviewing source it looks like you've a userlist with absolutely no chances of a user being found. Please check your userlist and remove any filters in place and ensure appropriate usergroups are selected to be included in the userlist. There should be an IF check to prevent the error though and have created the below bug ticket.
