Package Update: There was an error installing an extension: lib_CBLib.zip

any help please, my install is busted.

after installing another extension and it failing we are now getting a blank page/error 500. in the http logs i see this:

If this is happening with every extension install then your Joomla install is not setup correctly. You likely have a permission problem on the tmp and log folders or their paths in Joomla global configuration are wrong. Your host may also need you to use FTP and would need to configure that in Joomla global configuration.
