Promotions don't work

Hi, I wanted to test the new promotions feature, which sound great - if it would work.

I did set up a simple promotion with a fix amount of 10 Euro for several plans, but it won't be recognized by the system. Attached you find a screenshot of my settings (all other on default).

What went wong?

With coupons it also didn't work.

CB is 1.4
CBSubs 1.2
All databases checked (green), but MySQL field in user fields database are red (but not used for the promotions)
Versions: CB 2.7.2, J 3.10.6

This is a known bug, please specify a "Start" and "End" date for your promotion. This is to be addressed with next release. I apologize for the inconvenience.
