confirmation email

i allready did see some posts about this subject, but not a answer...if i am right.

When someone registers, he doesn't get a confirmation email. My settings are right, i use the CB registration and confirmation Email is ON. In the global settings, registration is off. The email function is working, because i, as a admin, get an email. The strange thing is that when i register, i as a new user get an email that my registration is pending. Approval by admin is set to Off. So the admin gets an email with this header:

Planning - Your Registration is Pending Approval

Did another test, as a registrant, i get an email, but saying registration is pending. No confirmation link. Configuration of CB has email confirmation set to ON.

any ideas ?
