receive this error when I log in was created by jaytaylor
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: checkjversion() in C:\Inetpub\vhosts\mywebsite.com\httpdocs\components\com_comprofiler\comprofiler.php on line 1133
Who knows what is going on here???

You have provided so little.
Try giving people more information:
- what version of mambo/joomla?
- what version of php/mysql?
- what version of CB?
try and reinstall.

Joomla! 1.0.8 Stable
MySQL 4.1.18
When I go to community builder, It says I have 1.0 RC2. I have totally deleted everything and installed the 1.0 version so I do not know why I am getting that error.

Please start from scratch.
It looks like you did not delete everything - there probably was something left-over.
Also please install CB 1.0 stable and not RC2.
