Here is a phpinfo page my host put on my site so I could see that safemode was off. mywebsite.com/phpinfo.php I want this community builder to work for my site. What do I need to do to make this happen??? Will the yearly subsription help me step by step? Does it address windows hosting errors? Is that 25 a year once a year. How long do I have to pay it. I need great support to help get over this stump. It has been going on to long.

Eric you can login because he doesn't uses CB at the moment.

And Jay I have no clue what's wrong with your installation. Maybe it doesn't works on a windows installation or something like that.

But have you tried to totally remove every CB thing you can find all the folders the db tables just everything. And then just try it again. And if it that doesn't work you could perhaps if you want give me admin access so I can check what's wrong.

I deleted all the databases, removed all installed modules & components. Now i am getting another error: failure to upload media. I am going to pm you the admin info. You rock for your support man!

Check your PM tried a lot on your site but couldn't find or fix it. Tells me the right for /media folder aren't set properly
