I have started from scratch.....
I am getting Success but I al also getting the same errors at the bottom of the page again as before. I have allow write access to my folders. Here are my errors::::

Somebody, anybody, just respond please

here is a screen shot of some errors I am receiving. It is still telling me I have RC2. I totally uninstalled that.
