I have found a possible work around to the problem. I turned off the CB login under modules and turned the login form back on. Left on all other CB Modules and it seems to work fine. I did have to create a new user for myself so I could login though. But at least now I can login.

if you are running on the latest version of joomla 1.0.13 CB doesnt work without a patch fix - theres postings on here that show the fix.
