cannot create directory

cannot create directory was created by paulheimdal
Hi all, i'm trying to install CB and i can't get it right.
First attempt i get "cannot create directory comprofiler/Images".
next attempt i get "Another component is already using directory: "/home/httpd/vhosts/airinvestvirtual.com/httpdocs/components/com_comprofiler/"
So i delete the folders installed on first attempt and try again, then i get the first error message again.
Any ideas as to how to solve this?
