How do users post to CB Gallery

How do users post to CB Gallery was created by CrazyHarry
I installed CB Gallery plugin and I can't figure out how to get it to work. WHen they are logged in and go to profile edit, there is no place to upload stuff. Just the options on config.
Can someone tell me how to allow registered users to upload pics and files?

I didn't see any reference to the CB Gallery in the extensive documentation.
Is there separate documentation for the gallery.
When the gallery comes up on your site, there is a link to upload to the gallery.
It just isn't coming up on mine.

Yes I need help with this too ASAP and am having the same problem. See attached screen shot.
I bought the subscription to have this plugin work and have read the documentation several times.
I have paid for this I expect it to work.
