I also get this error: in CB profile gallery while trying to upload an image. I try to upload a very small gif icon:

Warning: filesize() [function.filesize]: Stat failed for C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\php8B97.tmp (errno=2 - No such file or directory) in c:\my_local_path_to_joomla_\components\com_comprofiler\plugin\user\plug_cbprofilegallery\cb.profilegallery.php on line 287

I have NO tmp_folder declared in php.ini, so that's why it uses the default c:\windows\temp i suppose. I also assume the temp folder should be a local folder and not a remote one ...?

If you have a URL I can see please PM me.
Otherwise its a problem with your local installation.
looks like the filesize() function is disabled.
