I just registered for my Documentation Subscription because I thought I read that I could download CB Captcha for CB 1.1, but I don't see it anywhere.

I can't upgrade to 1.2 because my site is Joomla 1.0, which runs on PHP4.

I have a horrible bot problem right now, where I am getting a couple hundred bot registers a day.

I'm happy to contribute and pay for the subscription because I love my CB! But I was really hoping to add a Captcha element to help with this bot issue.

So - is there a Captcha version for 1.1 that I am missing, or did I just misread?

And if so, can anyone recommend another way of solving this for me?

If your host won't allow you to upgrade to PHP 5, it's highly recommended you search for a new host. PHP 4 hasn't been supported for quite some time. The bots are likely due to the fact that there are so many security holes in PHP 4.
