I am looking for something that will allow 2 separate registrations forms. Each form with a different set of fields. I think that's what the original poster was looking for also. Creating different groups has been resolved. We are looking for 2 completely different registration forms with different fields. Is this possible?

You create different forms of connections, which the privacy plugin can control.... friend, coworker, blue team, etc.

I was thinking maybe of activating the old mod_login and getting some form of extention that allowed me to modify / add to the fields; however, I did read that it is not recommended to keep the mod_login active with CB. Because of that, it would probably not be a good solution...

Only recommended if you want to manually sync your users every time someone signs up, logs in and logs out.
