Hi,
is it possible to control the max Items for a plan in the Profile Gallerie?
Example:
Plan A with 3 Photos allowed
Plan B with 6 Photos allowed
and so on.

Yes, change the Item Quota: field with CBSubs Fields integration or using CBSubs SQL Actions integration. Simply change the value based on the plan.
