I just wanted to follow-up with this thread that there is still not a resolution to this. The hosting company thinks that it is a coding problem and CB believes that it is a hosting issue.

Any thoughts that you might have would help. Thanks

Jamie

Jamie jhlarsen,

Didn't say that ;)

Still looking at what explains CBSubs using 60% more memory on your host setting than on mine.

Sent you PMS too.

After working with both CB and Blue Host, this is what we found to be the problem.

Blue Host uses a default php.ini file when you have ioncube installed. This default file includes lots of other stuff other than just the ioncude loader information and the memory limit. We commented out the following line and I am finally able to get into the settings in the CB Subscriptions:

;extension=pdo_sqlite.so
;extension=sqlite.so

Thank you Beat for your patience with me and working with me personally to get this resolved. You were very helpful and the support team was really responsive.

Thanks again.

Cool, happy it works for you now and that your hoster could fix your hosting configuration. :)

Wishing you now great success in your site and sales :)
