... adding members to community builder from another software.

I have another software www.whmcs.com that I use for billing which can run php scripts upon completion of a sale. I'd like it to run a php script that takes the users details after a successful sale and automatically creates a profile in CB?

The user just needs to be created at the time of the first sale if their email address doesn't already exist in CB

Any suggestions on the best way to do this? O|r is there specific documentation that you can direct me to so I can get it to my coder?
