Dear all,

I need to create a recruitment portal.
Basically, there are 3 types of users: public, registered jobseeker and employer.
1) Public can view the available jobs but can't apply.
2)registered jobseeker can apply the job by clicking a button "apply" by submitting his/her CV in pdf or fill in
the form. The registered jobseeker needs to create his profile once only. So, he/she won't need to fill in the form again.
3) Employer can create company profile and create/edit jobs. They can also keep track of the applicants to their jobs.

So, basically, there will be 3 user groups which each has their rights.
Can Community Builder assist me on that? or if i need to modify the code, will that be major?
I need to consider all factors for the project.

Please help to give any input.
