i have a 'contact info' tab published to the head area and then the profile pic to the bottom area and the profile pic just wont get out of the contact info tab...

i dont know what is the difference between avatar and profile pic, so im trying to move both around but they aint movin...

i will try disabling now.

The avatar is movable to any existing tab in the Field Manager. Change from Contact Info to any other tab.

thank you, i just figured that out but couldnt post cause forum was out for a sec, in the field manager it was set to 'contact info' tab, hmm. i was able to set it not to display on profile, and now its gone - thanks very much! rw1

profile pics now do not show in user lists...is it possible to have it not display on the profile but still display in profile lists?

Yes. Change avatar field to again show on profile. Create a new tab, selecting the position: "Not displayed on profile". Then change your avatar field to use that new tab.

in tab management i:

- made new tab called 'Made Up'
- set it to be published
- in position 'Not displayed on profile 1'

and then in field management i:

- set the avatar to the 'Made Up' tab
- showing on Profile 'Yes: on 1 Line'
