One other posibility...is the server you are using in the same timezone as you? If not that will likely be the cause between the "actual" time and what you are seeing elsewhere. As for the 30 minute difference between backend and frontend I think I'm gonna need a screen shot to make sure I completely understand as I'm not able to reproduce the issue.

no special software -- just use the printscreen button on your keyboard and paste it into MSPaint.

I am posting the screen shots. The Time shown are as below

Actual Time - 22 Jan 2006 2:45 pm

Backend Time - 22 Jan 2006 14:11:09

Frontend Time - 22/01/2006 03:11:09

The difference between Actual and Backend is 30 min ( the additional 4 min difference is due to my delay in taking the screenshot and hence can be ignored)

The difference between the Backend and the Frontend Time is 11 hours (not 23 hours as mentioned in my earlier posts).

The screen shots are in the following posts

Thanks

Just to clarify...by backend you are going to admin->components->Community Builder->User Management right?

Also you mention that the difference of four minutes was due to a lag when capturing the time...this should not be since the time should be static in the database. If you cannot get teh images to upload please email them to me at joomlajoe AT joomlapolis DOT com.

One SIMPLE reaon why the frontpage of the userprofile gives a different last online status is because there has been activity that didn't allow their session to expire. hence no new session was recorded.

when i look at my own page on my website now its 90 minutes earlier that i last logged in but i bet i accessed it a few times coz its my startingpage. so it never gets to really expire. specialy with 'remember me' on :)
