params.ini becomes unwriteable

params.ini becomes unwriteable was created by greglboyd
I've just loaded Joomla 1.5.14 and MyCommunity template on a GoDaddy hosting account, with php5. When I edit the Logo text in the Joomla template manager and save it, the Text Logo seems to get saved, but the Sub Title doesn't then the permissions change on the params.ini file so it's no longer writeable. I manually change the permissions back, but every time I save changes in the template manager it changes back to unwriteable. Any ideas?

Possibly a security measure on your host. Am not able to duplicate.

What are the permissions for the params.ini file? 775, 644, etc...
