A user who initiated a plan upgrade wants to cancel. He has gone to pending payment page and clicked on "Cancel payment and subscription". A message shows saying that payment has been cancelled, but nothing changed. I tried to delete the subscription from user management section backend but got a message: "Product instance still has children and can not be deleted". What children is it talking about?
