right modules disappear if cbpaidsubsbot activate was created by smash91

Hello,

I use joomla 1.5.26
CBSUB 3.0.0
CB 1.9

Problem, when I activate the plugin "cbpaidsubsbot" in joomla, all my right modules disappear from the screen on the internet ? how can I fix this ?
Yet I have left open all the categories on the plugin "CBSubs Content". In my plans, nothing is selected in the Integration tab and content ...
