When registering or logged in viewing profile cannot select a plan b/c there are no checkboxes displayed. Suggestions? See screen captures.

Within profile, get this error when you click upgrade button: "Please press back button and select the Membership plan to which you would like to upgrade. "

it was a CSS issue right at line 14 of template.css
