CBSubs and SEF

CBSubs and SEF was created by Pumuckl
I'm using sef_advanced, but since I using CBSubs, I have to deactivate SEF_advanced for Community Builder 
For example, unsubscribe from a subscription do not work with SEF_advanced.
Does another SEF-Extension work with CBSubs together?
maybe SF404 ??
Does anybody use CBSubs with a SEF Extension without problems?

I use Joomla's built-in SEF with no problem.
