CB login fails first time

CB login fails first time was created by marykroeger
Community builder 1.2.3
core-login-redirect is installed and enabled
redirect registration = yes
redirect forget-password = yes
redirect login = yes
access level = public
mod_cblogin is enabled
mod_login is DISABLED
INTERMITTENTLY users will enter login and password and it fails, and they have to do it again. Some of my users claim it happens to them EVERY time. I have only had it happen intermittently... any ideas?

This is happening directly in the CB Login module on one of your pages? By fails, does it provide an error message or just refresh with nothing? Do you have any caching enabled?
