yeah, that's a possibility doing it like that. Then we could also have a sleep function in the php script, if we need it. It should not be needed if URL plugin is executed after the SQL action plugin. The username is updated with the SQL action script. That's tested and verified.

You could also use the PHP script to update the username AND send the email then you wouldn't have to worry about execution order.
