[SOLVED] Can't renew subscription on back end

I'm trying to renew some subscriptions on the back end and get

"Chosen plans combination is not allowed (you must choose coherent plans selection, e.g. mandatory subscription(s) must be active or mandatory plan(s) must be chosen). '' has mandatory options 'Family Membership', 'Individual Membership', 'Junior Membership', 'Gift Membership', 'Lifetime Membership' and none is selected."

All of the plans are are at the top level. I didn't have this problem last year so I assume it's a new option that I don't have set correctly. The problem is, I'm not sure where to look for the correct options.

Please upgrade to CBSubs 1.1.2. There is a known issue with Exclusive plans workflows not properly working and is resolved with 1.1.2.

My maintenance expired on 12/18/2010. I see that 1.1.2 came out before then. Is there any way to get 1.1.2 without having to renew? I will renew later, once my clubs board approves the money, but I need to get this fixed now.

No, that is the purpose of our maintenance subscription.

It's fixed with 1.1.2, no other way to get this issue fixed aside from rolling back by 1 re-lease (downgrade). This issue only affects Backend when editing a User in User Management. Frontend will work as expected.

I understand the purpose of the maintenance agreement, but I thought since the fix was released before my agreement expired, maybe I could get it. Especially since there was no way of knowing this was an issue till year end when I try to give gift memberships.

This shouldn't be of issue, you should be able to download and upgrade currently. Please check that you're able to download CBSubs 1.1.2. If not please let us know!
