joomla 4 community builder latest users module was created by karloshull
Hi
I am revamping my joomla 3 site onto joomla 4 but I am missing joomla 4 latest users module as software4joomla use to do this module so I am wondering if Joomlapolis does a similar module?

Software4Joomla and all of its extensions have long been discontinued since Joomla 2.5 deprecation in CB.
CB Online Module includes several modes for outputting latest users data and is included with core CB for free.

I have found it but can I setup members with avatars only? Blank avatars doesn't look very good for the home page.

It can display whatever you want it to display. You've full control using substitution supported "User-text" parameter. You can also use one of the included Layouts under the Advanced tab for avatar or canvas display. See the below if unsure how to use substitutions to output user fields there.
