When I go to My Profile and then to Update your image there are two problems.

Firstly : When I try to upload a pic to update the image it shows an error " Error occurred during the moving of the uploaded file".
I have checked the config and support for Image magick 5.4.7 and GD2 library (autodetected bundeled 2.0.28 compatible)

Secondly : On the page of Update your image there is an option for " Choose one from the Image Gallery " is there but there are no galleries listed. Only button for Confirm choice is visible.



Can somebody help me with this.

Are you on a hosted environment? This problem is most likely caused by PHP safe mode or insufficien directory privileges.

Yes I am hosting my site on hired webspace.
So what do I do to rectify/overcome this problem ? Can you guide please

See what the error message is at the server logs. If that cannot be done, tell the administrator of the server about your problem.

Try to chmod your image upload directory to 777
