Plugins Never Install

Plugins Never Install was created by aaronlava
When i try installing the plugins, they never install, but when i get mambots,components or anything they install fine, its just if there labelled as plugins,
what could my problem be, all the zip,s have xml files, there not doubled zipped,
so what could the problem be?
