OK..

Not sure why it would read script type=<"text/javascript">

it should read <script type="text/javascript">

Please ensure this has been done, then let me know.

Once this has been done, and you click "resend", what happens?

Does the text change to "hold..." then to "sent!" or does it stay "resend"?

Hi,

I have done it all again and now the top says resend.

If i click on it, nothing happens.

In the configuration menu the resend subject read

<?php echo stripslashes($ueConfig); ?>

and i changed it and press saved and now it just says <

Im copying the text directly so why is it not working.

I will attatch the files if you want to have a look at the code.

I have looked at the javascript console and this error is appearing

Error: syntax error
Source File: sitename.com/administrator/index2.php?option=com_comprofiler&task=showusers
Line: 2, Column: 39
Source Code:
cbResendConfirmURL(this.parentNode.id, );

Ok...first, in admin.comprofiler.html.php (Line 1502) try making the function call on all one line so that it reads:

[code:1]makeRequest('index3.php?option=com_comprofiler&task=resendActivation&no_html=1&rid='+rid,id);[/code:1]

The JavaScript error you are talking about is odd, as it appears it's missing the 2nd paramater.. Not sure. Though w/o looking at the source.

The config menu RESEND subject/message should be TEXT only ... there shouldn't be PHP code. So saving it, and displaying "<" doesn't surprise me...

It should look more like this (see attachment)
