I have a very simple question but, for me, it is really hard to find its answer: where can I download the hemi template ???

I know you all will reply me to use a very cool site named google but I tried to find it in a lot of site without being able to download anything.

In the groupjive.org site I found it but I can't download it.

Can someone send it to me ? And is it working with the 1.8 b4 release of GJ ?
