cannot figure out add connections was created by barjinder

i have cb 1.1 but problem is that i can't find add connections button anywhere.. i checked previous threads.. my cb connections plugin is also enabled.. plzz tell me how to fix it..
sorry.. i just figurred out. my connections plugin was not working well.. so , re installed it..
