Missing special letters

Missing special letters was created by jorper
I have installed the norwegian language plugin. The norwegian special letter Æ;Ø and Å are displayed as squares.
Any suggestions?
And another one.
The language file is taking care of the additional info, but when you go the registration page the Name, username, mail and password are displayed like this
_REGISTER_UNAME
_REGISTER_EMAIL
etc
This problem is only on the registration page. When looged in is`s OK
Please help!
